Renewal: The Framework agreement shall commence on the date to be advised by LSTM in the Contract Award Document issued to the Contractor in due course and is intended to continue for a maximum period of 4 [four] years. Lot 2 - Medium and Large Events (40-350 Delegates) Provision of venue, catering and associated event support services for conferences, workshops, lectures, networking events, awards ceremonies and formal dinners for between 40 and 350 delegates. Renewal: As stated in ITT Lot 3 - Medium and Large Events (40-350 Delegates) - Advanced AV Capability Provision of venue, catering and associated event support services for larger workshops, conferences, symposiums, high-profile stakeholder events, international meetings, awards ceremonies and hybrid events involving both in-person and remote participation.
