Given complexity, care must be provided in a 24/7 bespoke facility with anticipated 2:1 staffing at all times, which may need to increase to 3:1 on outings depending on presentation and 2 staff on sleep over (no awaken nights). Accommodation in the preferred areas of Ballymena and Causeway but the Trust will consider other areas as secondary options. Additional information: This is not a Call for Tender and there is no guarantee any procurement process will be run.
