## Summary

The Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College, located in Birmingham, has initiated a tender process for a new Multi-Functional Device (MFD) partner, with the procurement being driven by the need to replace the existing contractual arrangements. The tender's focus is on securing innovative solutions to provide and manage a range of multi-functional printing devices along with related services. This opportunity falls under the services category and is currently at the tender stage. Notable deadlines include the expression of interest deadline on 22nd July 2026 and the enquiry period ending on 10th July 2026, with the contract expected to commence on 1st October 2026 for a duration of five years. The College's competitive flexible procedure aims to engage a partner that can provide comprehensive print management and support services, valued at £700,000 net (£840,000 gross).

This tender offers significant business growth opportunities, especially for companies proficient in delivering multi-functional printing solutions alongside value-added services. With the procurement method focused on a selective process, the College encourages participation from diverse businesses, including SMEs, looking to establish or enhance their footprint in the educational sector.
