## Summary

The NHS Surrey and Sussex Integrated Care Board is inviting applications for its Personalised Home Care Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contract, under the Provider Selection Regime. This competitive process is for home medical treatment services and falls under the health industry category, particularly targeting adults requiring NHS Continuing Healthcare within Sussex. The procurement stage is currently active with tenders open from 22 June to 24 July 2026, and services commencing from 1 November 2026. The contract, potentially lasting up to five years with possible extensions, will be managed through an open procurement method with Evalucom acting on behalf of the NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB Commissioning Authority. Prospective providers must submit applications via the CarePulse eProcurement platform, with all necessary requirements detailed within the procurement documents.

This tender presents notable opportunities for CQC-registered home care and hospice providers, enabling them to expand their services in Sussex. The AQP contract allows for multi-provider participation without a cap on the number of providers, which broadens the competitive field and facilitates entry for both large-scale organisations and smaller entities specialising in domiciliary care. By becoming part of the AQP list, providers can benefit from potential service assignments despite the contract having no guaranteed volume or payment. This flexibility enables businesses to decide the Care Tiers and service areas they wish to operate in, aligning contract opportunities closely with their operational capabilities and strategic growth objectives.
