## Summary

The London Legacy Development Corporation is undertaking a public procurement process for the Waterden Green Space for Teenage Girls project, focusing on design, fabrication, and installation services. This tender falls under the category of services, specifically targeting playground equipment, landscaping work for playgrounds, and landscape architectural services. Located at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this project aims to serve developing neighbourhoods in East Wick and Sweetwater. The procurement process is currently in the tender stage, with an expression of interest deadline set for 17th July 2026 and an award period ending by 17th August 2026. This competitive flexible procedure involves a two-stage procurement method, with a total contract value of up to £600,000, and is expected to last a duration of up to three years.

This tender presents robust business growth opportunities for companies specialising in playground equipment design and installation, landscaping, and creating inclusive public spaces. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in co-creation, youth engagement, and technical design, especially in safe and inclusive spaces for women and girls, would be well-suited to compete. The procurement process invites submissions that demonstrate comprehensive understanding, project delivery methodologies, experience with similar projects, and competitive pricing strategies. Successful participation could enhance a company's portfolio through involvement in a high-profile project at a significant location like the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
