### Planning Information

HPFT are holding a series of Pre-Procurement Market Engagement sessions, to provide an overview of the proposed model ahead of tender publication, including the framework structure, indicative award approach and working timeline. These sessions will also give providers the opportunity to ask questions and understand how the model is intended to operate in practice.
Our first session aims to give a general update on the current state of the project, with future sessions planned to delve deeper into the tender process and to support providers to be ready. Invites for future sessions will be sent to providers shortly.
