## Summary

The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is proceeding with an award process for the provision of GP Practice In-reach support to Mental Health and Learning Disabilities inpatient units. The procurement, identified under the CPV code 85121100 for general-practitioner services, is located in Hertfordshire, UK (UKH23). The procurement follows a limited method without prior publication of a call for competition, and the award decision has been made with Christopher Davis and Stuart McDonald as key decision-makers. The tender is at the Award stage, with a standstill period ending on 7th July 2026. The contract, valued at £241,780.90, is aimed at service sustainability and social value within local healthcare structures.

This procurement offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in healthcare services, particularly those that can innovate in integration and collaboration within the health sector. The successful business, such as the Harvey Group Practice, which has been the intended supplier, demonstrates a strong alignment with the procurement's focus on service quality, social value, and addressing health inequalities. Businesses that specialise in community health services or have a robust capacity to adapt to changes within mental health inpatient services would find this tender well-suited to their expertise. This opportunity can help establish or reinforce a business's presence in the healthcare service provision to secure future growth and sustainability.
