## Notice

SEBI-Livestock is seeking to procure a Supplier with an experienced evaluation team to conduct an impact evaluation of Gates Foundation aquaculture investments in Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania. Following completion of the Preliminary Market Consultation, the University anticipates undertaking a competitive tender process in late 2026 to appoint a supplier to conduct an impact evaluation of Gates Foundation aquaculture investments in Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania. Please see attached documentation for further information. Please note the information provided here may change prior to tender publication. This notice does not constitute a formal invitation to tender. Additional information: Please return the request for information to jmill4@ed.ac.uk by 12 noon BST on 3rd August 2026. Please note that participation in this RFI exercise does not put your Organisation in a preferential position, but it will help inform and shape the University's future procurement strategy for these services.
