Support is tailored to individual need and normally provided for a short period, up to a maximum of four weeks, with clear signposting and warm handovers into relevant community and voluntary sector services. We are inviting the market to help us develop our future iteration of the service through shared experience, best practice and innovation. ### Planning Information Market Engagement Questionnaire This questionnaire forms part of early market engagement to support the re-procurement of the Home Settle and Support Service. We are seeking insight from providers to inform service design, delivery models, innovation, and best practice. Your responses will help shape the future specification and procurement approach.
