## Summary

Amplius Living, a sub-central government public authority located in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes, UK, is in the planning stage of a procurement process for the provision of internal audit services. The preliminary market engagement is currently underway, seeking insights from potential suppliers to shape future tender specifications. The procurement is classified under the services category with the industry focusing on internal audit services. The preliminary market engagement process, detailed through a notice published on 29th June 2026, outlines a due date for supplier queries by 10th July 2026, and the final submission deadline is set for 17th July 2026. This initial step is essential in developing a structured tender that will officially launch on 31st August 2026, with a planned contract commencement on 1st April 2027.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses specializing in internal audit services, particularly those adept in providing comprehensive governance, risk management, and internal control assessments. With a planned contract value of £1,000,000, the scope spans various business areas, including IT, resident safety, and finance. Enterprises with expertise in regulatory compliance, risk-based assurance, and a capability to deliver around 10-12 audits annually are well-suited to compete. The engagement is ideal for companies that offer innovative audit solutions and can contribute to Amplius’s need for robust internal oversight across various sectors, including digital, safeguarding, and environmental governance. Interested parties should be prepared to demonstrate their abilities to meet the strategic objectives outlined in the tender specifications.
