Design and Build Specification: The scheme will involve designing and building a new tarmac pump track with seating in the designated area of Lyme Valley Parkway. Those parties expressing an interest / submission should take into account the following elements when considering and providing a draft timeframe and include a sketch proposal, along with the estimated cost of and an estimated delivery timeframe which considers the items below. > Detailed consultation with user groups, site users, residents/ward members. > Detailed design of pump track. > Installation of pump track.
