The College intends to undertake a two-stage procurement process. Stage 1 will comprise this Expression of Interest (EOI) and contractor shortlisting exercise. Contractors will be assessed on relevant experience, capability, resources, programme capacity, insurance compliance and references. Following evaluation of EOI submissions, a shortlist of contractors will be invited to participate in the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
