## Summary

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is inviting organisations to participate in their Adult Learning Pseudo-Framework for Delivery Partners. This procurement process, classified under education and training services, seeks to engage a wide range of providers to deliver adult and family learning opportunities. The tender, which is currently active, covers a 5-year framework period until 31 July 2028, with key stages and evaluations documented. The procurement is conducted via an open competition method, under a light touch regime, with a total estimated value of £245,000. The deadline for tender submissions is 20 July 2026, with a preceding enquiry period closing on 10 July 2026. Organisations will provide services primarily across various locations within the London borough.

This tender presents significant business growth opportunities, especially for organisations specialising in educational and training services. Smaller entities or those new to the sector can compete for contracts under Lot 1, valuing up to £25,000, by offering innovative and engaging learning solutions at the community level. Bigger entities with more substantial experience in adult and family learning provisions can vie for Lot 2 contracts, which range from £25,000 to a cap of £220,000, focusing on qualification-bearing and non-accredited courses. Suitable for SMEs and VCSEs, this procurement framework enables diverse businesses to gain visibility and credibility in the public sector education market, fostering potential for long-term partnerships and continued service deliveries.
