Provision of Eye Care Liaison Officer (ECLO) Services for Yeovil District Hospital. 

Services to be provided include:
* Deliver ECLO services, in line with the RNIB ECLO Quality Framework and Practice guidelines, to people affected by sight loss, their friends, families and carers
* Establish and maintain effective referral pathways to a wide range of relevant organisations and services and make appropriate onward referrals
* Assist with certification and registration processes in line with Department of Health and Social Care's 'Certificate of Vision Impairment: Explanatory Notes for Consultant Ophthalmologists and Hospital Eye Clinic Staff in England'
* Promote the ECLO Service as part of the induction process for new clinical staff related to Ophthalmology

The Authority is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. 

The lifetime value of this contract is expected to be PS220,547.00.

The contract dates are 01.08.26 - 31.07.31
