Under this contract, Lot 3 - Pseudo-Framework of Supported Accommodation Providers, will remain open for new submissions throughout the contract period. This Tender Notice is to notify the market of the re-opening of Lot 3. An indicative schedule of evaluation of submissions during the contract period is included in the tender pack. Lot 3 Re-opening: Pseudo-Framework of Supported Accommodation Providers: Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Providers to provide accommodation to children in our care. Service provision as and when required, no guaranteed level of services to be delivered under this Lot. Accommodation is to be located in the Tees Valley area. Access to Lot 3 has been extended to Middlesbrough Council. The requirements under this Lot will vary from organisation to organisation. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will only be responsible for their list of contract requirements. If they choose to use the Contract, Middlesbrough Council will be responsible for their individual requirements and contract arrangements.
