Ordnance Survey (OS) is seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver facilitated leadership development services for its Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as part of a wider organisational transformation and delivery of its five-year business strategy. The requirement is to enhance senior leadership capability in areas including strategy execution, decision-making, accountability, and collective leadership. OS has established a leadership development strategy, leadership framework, and organisational principles, and has identified priority development needs through internal insight and engagement. The appointed Supplier will be required to provide an end-to-end leadership development service, including diagnostic activity, co-design of interventions, delivery of facilitated learning, evaluation of impact, and support for embedding learning into leadership practice.
