This Contract will comprise: * The operation of: o 14 Community Recycling Centres (CRC) o Five Waste Transfer Stations (WTS), all of which are co-located with CRCs * The Design, Build, Finance and Operation (DBFO) of: o One WTS at Doman Road, Camberley o One WTS and CRC at Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford * Offtake of all materials excluding: o Residual 'black bag' waste o Dry mixed recycling (DMR) o Food waste o Green waste * Haulage of all material

### Planning Information

Surrey County Council is seeking to conduct preliminary market engagement before commencing the procurement for the following new Contract: Operational Disposal Services Contract.
The Authority intends to undertake this consultation through written responses from the market, with an option to invite respondents to meetings with the Authority in September-October 2026 (as described in Section 5.0 of the Market Operators Briefing Note attached to the Opportunity published on the Proactis Supplier Network).
