Current fittings present increased maintenance requirements, inconsistent illumination levels and reduced energy efficiency. Lighting at Green Lane Campus is predominantly outdated and inefficient, resulting in higher energy consumption, increased maintenance requirements and suboptimal lighting quality in teaching and circulation areas.",
