## Summary

The YMCA St. Paul's Group, a public authority classified under sub-central government, is undertaking a procurement process for "Maintenance Services 2026." The procurement, currently in the planning stage, involves various maintenance services, including general building, electrical, heating, and fire safety works. Located in Surbiton, UK, the procurement will follow an open procedure in line with the Procurement Act 2023. Key dates include webinar sessions on 15th and 30th July 2026, with interested organisations required to submit a questionnaire by 3rd August 2026. The procurement covers the UK region, with contracts commencing on 1st January 2027 and running until the end of 2029.

This tender offers substantial business growth opportunities, particularly for firms specialising in construction and maintenance services. The wide range of services needed—such as electrical installation, fire-prevention works, and HVAC maintenance—makes this an ideal opportunity for multi-disciplinary contractors. Additionally, the emphasis on quality, social value, and price points, coupled with the potential need for site visits or IT assessments, highlights the opportunity for businesses with robust infrastructure and expertise in service delivery. Strategic engagement in this tender could significantly bolster a company's portfolio, especially those with a track record in public sector projects.
