## Notice

The building hosts formal meetings, democratic proceedings and other public facing activity. The Tenderer shall recognise that the operating environment combines the requirements of a public building, a workplace, a democratic venue and a heritage setting. Security arrangements shall therefore balance safety, access, professionalism, discretion, preservation of the historic environment, customer care and legal compliance.
