The supplier must deliver all transport using an appropriate fleet of minibuses and volunteer vehicles, meeting safety, accessibility, insurance and licensing requirements. Services must operate reliably, to agreed timetables, and in accordance with the KPIs set out in the contract. annual value: PS127,237, with optional monthly extensions up to a total possible value of PS169,648. The supplier must provide all staffing, volunteer coordination, vehicle scheduling, reporting, record-keeping and performance monitoring necessary to deliver the service, ensuring continuity of provision throughout the contract period.",
