The PME sets out the scope of the engagement, the information the Council is seeking from the market, and the questions suppliers are asked to respond to, Suppliers should submit their completed responses through Pro Contract by the engagement deadline. Any clarifications questions relating to the engagement should also be raised through Pro Contract.
