## Summary

The NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board (ICB) has issued an intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for the provision of residential health facilities and services. This process, specific to Health Care Services, bypasses the usual Public Contracts Regulations. The contract, set to commence on 1st April 2026, extends over 24 months but may vary due to individual placement needs for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) services. The procurement, classified within the services industry category, covers areas within the UK, particularly centred around Solna Road, London. While this notice indicates the award intent, formal feedback or representations by interested providers need to be made by 21st July 2026.

The tender offers substantial business growth opportunities, particularly for large-scale providers catering to residential and continuing healthcare needs. As it revolves around patient choice and service quality, suppliers with a robust track record in healthcare and welfare services for disabled people stand to benefit significantly. The direct award approach underscores the existing supplier's capabilities at meeting service expectations and fulfilling contract obligations. Thus, businesses with established expertise in residential care and healthcare services could leverage this contract to expand their footprint in the healthcare sector.
