A change of Supplier would create disproportionate technical and operational difficulties, due to requiring an extensive knowledge transfer, creating risks to service continuity and heightened cyber security risks while the new Supplier embeds and develops an understanding of Clarion's environment and risk profile. The Contract for this requirement was signed on 30/06/2026 due to the urgency of ensuring continuous service provision. Please note, I have included date of Contract signature in order to be open and transparent, as when the form is uploaded onto Atamis/ FTS it will require us to include future dates for Contract signature, etc. which are not accurate.
