This will require strategic recommendations to reduce the take up of smoking (prevention), increase the number of referrals into stop smoking services and support legislation locally, where applicable, to support a Smokefree generation. *Develop a comprehensive Action Plan aligned to the strategy that delivers SMART objectives and outcomes for a range of Kent partners to sign up to. Partners will have an opportunity to further shape and co-design the action plan once a Kent Tobacco Control Alliance has been formed by the KCC Public Health Department after the life of this contract.
