The outputs of this consultation will be the following: * A report of the consultation results which will be made publicly available by the council * A proposal document of recommendations of how to use the space(s) based on the consultation results. This will be made publicly available by the council. * A proposal document for the play area which can be used for a procurement exercise with contractors. * A summarised version of the consultation results and proposals to be used in a procurement exercise. 1.1. To be considered, tenderers are expected to submit a thorough and concise bid response for this tender. In accordance with the Technical Specification document.
