## Notice

A spare parts provisioning offer is being made separately to this service proposal. Symetrica is offering the following service solution to provide remote and site response services to support the customer support provided by Sellafield technical staff. The Annual servicing of this system was NOT undertaken in 2025 due to security passes & weather implications. SGMS is the Site Gate Monitoring System (They prevent theft of nuclear material from the site.)
