## Summary

The procurement process for Clinical Support Information and Pathway Implementation for the North Area Integrated Care Partnership is currently in the planning stage, as led by the NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board. This Request for Information (RFI) is part of a market engagement exercise to assess the landscape of the clinical support and pathway implementation services, focusing on engaging potential providers. The initiative is taking place in Sunderland, United Kingdom, with the procurement category defined as services in data, research and development consultancy, and administrative social services. Key deadlines to note include the final RFI submission by 29th July 2026, and market engagement sessions on 6th and 11th August 2026. The procurement process emphasises understanding the market capabilities and potential service delivery models, with the contract value estimated at £1,000,000 - £1,200,000.

This tender opportunity is particularly promising for businesses involved in delivering data services, research and development consultancy, and administrative social services. Organisations with capabilities to maintain and demonstrate systems such as the Agilio Clinical Portal could find significant business growth opportunities. While participation in the market engagement session does not secure a preferential position, it is an excellent opportunity to gather insights on service requirements and engage with NHS stakeholders. Businesses that succeed in demonstrating suitable solutions and capabilities might be well-positioned to compete for future contracting opportunities with NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board, especially as part of the region’s strategic healthcare delivery improvements.
