## Summary

The Swansea Bay University Health Board has awarded a contract for the maintenance of the Mosaiq Oncology Management System, which caters to radiation and medical oncology services, to Elekta Limited. This contract, falling under the services category of repair and maintenance, was facilitated through the NHS Supply Chain framework, ensuring competitive pricing. The procurement, conducted without prior competitive call due to the technical specificity required, confirms Elekta as the sole service provider capable of meeting these requirements. The contract, valued at £131,420.65, was signed on 13th July 2026 and is located in Neath Port Talbot, UK.

This tender offers significant business growth opportunities for service providers specialising in oncology information systems and electronic health records. The limited tender process indicates a preference for suppliers with a specialised technical capability in servicing complex medical equipment. Businesses occupying this niche, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises like Elekta Limited based in Crawley, stand to gain from engaging in similar procurement activities within the UK health sector, which values high service specification and assurance of uninterrupted high-quality healthcare services.
