Accommodation should be safe, secure, and fit for occupation, with no Category 1/2 hazards or unacceptable health and safety risks as defined by the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Housing must also comply with all relevant housing health and safety requirements. This contract is for the support element only and excludes property rental. The provider must have all resources in place to begin delivery of the service as of 1st September 2026.
