The current estate includes legacy versions of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, Oracle, Solaris and Red Hat platforms. The requirement covers operational support, incident management, service desk provision, escalation management, reporting, cybersecurity compliance, risk management and support for the eventual migration of services to modern supported platforms. TfL requires a service that can scale as the legacy estate changes over time.
