Valuations may be undertaken through a combination of: *Physical site inspections, and *Desktop valuation exercises, where appropriate and in line with RICS standards. The contract will be split into two Lots, Lot 1 covering Shropshire and Lot 2 covering Herefordshire. In respect of each lot, the top three bidders who receive the highest overall score will be invited to enter into a contract with Connexus. All lots will be assessed separately. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots and can be awarded a place on one or more Lots. Connexus Homes Limited reserves the right to decide to award places on each lot to different provider(s). Whilst Connexus anticipates that the overall requirement may be split broadly 50/50 between Shropshire (Lot 1) and Herefordshire (Lot 2), this is provided for indicative purposes only.
