In addition, the panel will be required to provide: *Buyback valuations and support with land/property purchase negotiations; *Professional advice and Negotiation services to ensure value for money and robust decision-making. Valuations may be undertaken through a combination of: *Physical site inspections, and *Desktop valuation exercises, where appropriate and in line with RICS standards.
