    "description": "Caledonian MacBrayne, trading as CalMac Ferries Ltd, is in the early stages of defining the requirements for this procurement exercise. This Prior Information Notice is intended to inform the market of our intention to undertake a procurement process and to offer interested parties an opportunity for early engagement. A buyer presentation will be held in August 2026 via Microsoft Teams. This session will introduce suppliers to Caledonian MacBrayne and provide a high level overview of the anticipated requirements. Following the session, interested parties will be invited to complete a pre market engagement questionnaire, which will help shape our procurement approach. Due to the expected level of interest, Caledonian MacBrayne is unable to accommodate one to one meetings with suppliers at this stage.
