## Notice

The awarded contracts provide no guarantee of value or volume, with the specific number of vehicles ordered per vehicle type/contract to be determined on the basis of available funding / operational need. The contract term includes options for phases one, two and three of Bus Franchising, with delivery extending up to 2030, and with a total potential contract value across all vehicle types/contracts of up to PS275m . The contracts allow the Authority to procure additional vehicles beyond the initial phase 1 tranche, but there is no obligation to do so.
