### Planning Information

West Northamptonshire Council Adult Social Care Strategic Commissioning wish to engage with the care and support provider market to gain feedback on the model for an Adult Social Care Enablement Pathway Framework for people aged 18+ who have eligible needs under the Care Act 2014. The framework will be focussed on supported accommodation environments which support people to move onto independent living.
Providers who have experience of delivering supported accommodation services to people who have adult social care eligible needs arising from autism, mental health, physical disability or a learning disability are encouraged to attend this meeting so we can gain your views on the model.
Two virtual sessions will be held via Microsoft teams. These virtual sessions will be held on Wednesday 29.07.26 15.00-16.00 and Friday 31.07.26 10am-11am. Should you wish to attend the meeting please contact WNCCommissioning@westnorthants.gov.uk advising which session you would like to attend so the correct invitation with teams link enclosed can be sent out to you.
