## Summary

Pool Re Services Limited, a public authority functioning under the sub-central government in the United Kingdom, is currently managing a tender process for the "PRE00372_Recruitment Services Framework". This initiative aims to create a structured framework for recruitment services across nine distinct departmental lots, thereby ensuring a transparent and value-driven approach to meeting both current and future workforce demands. The procurement is in the active tender update stage under an open, competitive flexible procedure. Important dates to note include the deadline for expressions of interest on 17th August 2026, with the inquiry period concluding on 31st July 2026. The selected framework is intended to begin on 30th November 2026 and will run until 29th November 2030, covering service delivery within the UKI region.

This recruitment services framework presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in various recruitment niches. Businesses can bid for one or multiple lots, with the potential for a maximum of three suppliers per lot, fostering dynamic competition. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) particularly stand to benefit, given the tender's suitability criteria and the open competition nature of the procurement process. Expertise in areas such as legal, finance, marketing, IT, and others could prove advantageous, thereby opening avenues for specialist recruitment firms to expand their portfolio and footprint in public sector contracts.
