### Lot Information

Milk

Suppliers must provide a range of milk products, including skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk, and full cream milk, all available in a variety of sizes including 1 pint/500ml, 2 pint/1 litre & 4 pint/2 litre. The Trust also welcomes the inclusion of plant-based milk alternatives as an optional offering.

Renewal: Option to extend for further 12 months, resulting in the maximum contract term of 4 years.

Bread

Suppliers are expected to provide sliced white and wholemeal loaves in a variety of thicknesses, as well as various types of bread roll.
