The requirement has been divided into three phases: Phase 1.1 - MPS Professionalism Phase 1.2 - Counter Terrorism Policing Head Quarters Phase 2 - MPS Firearms Licencing Phase 3 - MPS Intelligence Implementation of phases and the associated volumes will be confirmed during the contract period. Phases 2 and 3 are not guaranteed. The Contract Term will be for a period of 3 years with two x 12 months optional extensions.",
