## Summary

The procurement process titled "Future Employment Support - Seetec EOI" is being executed by Seetec Business Technology Centre Ltd, a public authority in the central government sector. The process is currently at the planning stage, with a preliminary market engagement notice published on 20th July 2026. This initiative focuses on services within the job search, adult education, training, and community health domains across several UK regions including UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, UKG, UKH, UKI, UKJ, and UKK. Interested organisations are invited to complete a preliminary Expression of Interest (EOI) by 7th September 2026, at 6pm. The subsequent stage will involve a Request for Information (RFI) for shortlisted entities, paving the way for partner selection and co-design activities.

This procurement presents substantial opportunities for businesses, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs), charities, social enterprises, and specialist providers with strong local ties and innovative approaches. The focus on personalised support and local integration means that organisations with a deep understanding of regional labour market needs and robust employer connections are well-suited to compete. Participation in this process could lead to long-term contracts, as the programme envisions a contract period from February 2028 to January 2031, with the potential for renewal until January 2033. This initiative aligns with Seetec’s strategy to foster inclusive partnerships, particularly encouraging businesses keen on delivering high-quality, locally integrated employment support services.

## Notice

Future Employment Support will be a major new national programme. It will be designed to support unemployed Universal Credit claimants into sustained employment through personalised support, stronger employer engagement, local integration, and specialist provision. It will respond to individual needs and regional labour market priorities. Seetec are taking an inclusive two-stage approach to building strong local partnerships. We are inviting organisations to complete stage one in a two stage process. This first stage is a light-touch Expression of interest (EOI), designed to help us to understand your organisation, your local presence, your specialist capability and your interest in working with us. The second stage will be a more detailed Request for Information (RFI) for shortlisted organisations, which will be weighted and scored to support partner selection, supply chain design and future co-design activity. At Seetec, we recognise the time and resource commitment that partner engagement processes can place on organisations, particularly SMEs, VCSEs, and specialist providers. We have therefore separated this process into two stages so that all interested organisations can express interest without needing to complete a full scored submission at the outset. We are inviting organisations of all sizes to register their interest in partnering with Seetec. We are particularly interested in organisations with strong local connections, specialist expertise, trusted stakeholder relationships and innovative approaches to supporting people into work. This initial EOI is intentionally light-touch and has been designed to understand your organisation, your local presence, and specialist expertise. Whether you are an SME, VCSE, charity, social enterprise, specialist provider, or larger delivery organisation, we want to hear from you. If you share our ambition to deliver locally integrated, high-quality support, we look forward to learning more about your organisation.
