## Notice

Devon County Council (DCC) intends to procure a Work Order under its Minor Engineering Works Framework 2026-30 under Lot 2 using the quotation procedure, in accordance with Section 10 of the Framework Information (Volume 2). The proposed project relates to: The works will primarily involve rebuilding two sections of a retaining wall alongside the A382, south-east of Moretonhampstead. The works will also involve repairs to the base of the mixed masonry sections, due to scour damage, as well as repointing various sections, vegetation clearance (including small trees and shrubs) and significant excavations to compensate for the new concrete sections. The starting date, access dates and completion date are defined within the Work Order Form. Submission of a Quotation If your organisation is able to undertake this Work Order, you are required to submit the following via ProContract by the Response Deadline: * A signed Work Order Form, with all cyan-highlighted sections fully completed * Rates, Prices and/or Percentages for the Rogue Items which are contained within the Bill of Quantities. You must not make any unauthorised amendments to the Bill of Quantities. Please note that Devon County Council reserves the right to extend or shorten the Response Deadline. Clarifications Any queries relating to the Work Order documentation must be submitted via ProContract as early as possible and no later than 1 week before the Response Deadline. In line with the principles of equal treatment and transparency, any clarification responses issued by the Client's Representative will be shared with all invited Suppliers.
