### Procurement Information

The Health Board have undertaken a subsequent procurement (BCU-FTS-60429) to award a new contract for the service requirement, however due additional scrutiny required on the commercial evaluation, this has lead to a delay in approval and submission to Welsh Government in line with the original tender timescale, as a result there is a requirement for an additional 6-month service provision from the incumbent provider, should this not progress then this poses a Health and Safety Risk
