## Summary

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council is engaging in a pre-market engagement (PME) exercise for the procurement of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services, specifically focusing on CCTV maintenance. This exercise is part of the planning stage, intending to gauge supplier interest and gather valuable insights. The initiative, under the Northern Irish devolved regulations, targets the industry sectors of closed-circuit surveillance systems and miscellaneous repair and maintenance services. Located in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, the submission deadline for the PME questionnaire is 17th August 2026. The procurement process will potentially follow this PME stage but is currently not part of a formal tendering procedure.

This procurement opportunity offers businesses in the surveillance and maintenance sectors a chance to align with future Council projects, providing maintenance services over an initial contract period from April 2027 to March 2030, with possible extensions until March 2032. Firms with experience in dynamic purchasing systems that offer comprehensive repair and maintenance solutions for CCTV systems will find this opportunity beneficial. Participation in this initial engagement is not mandatory for future tenders but offers businesses a strategic advantage in understanding the Council's requirements and positioning themselves for potential procurement processes.
