## Summary

The NHG Fire Servicing Framework 2027-2031, initiated by Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), is currently in the planning stage. NHG is a prominent Housing Association managing over 66,000 homes across London and the South-East, headquartered at Bruce Kenrick House, London. The procurement process seeks to establish a framework agreement encompassing fire servicing and maintenance, including sprinklers and fire alarms. Located within the United Kingdom, this procurement falls under the 'works' category in the public authority sub-central government sector. As part of the engagement process, NHG is seeking feedback from suppliers via a survey due by 14th August 2026, and will host a 'Meet the Buyer' event on 25th August 2026. Key dates include the pre-qualifying questionnaire on 25th September 2026, tender issuance on 16th November 2026, with contract awards expected by 16th March 2027, and mobilization planned for April to September 2027.

This procurement presents significant business opportunities, notably for contractors specializing in fire protection and safety services. By participating, businesses can engage with one of the largest housing providers in the UK, potentially leading to substantial contracts given NHG's wide housing portfolio and additional opportunities through other contracting authorities. The framework is structured into two lots—one focused solely on sprinkler-related activities and another covering all other fire servicing areas. It's an excellent opportunity for businesses skilled in fire alarm system installation, maintenance of firefighting equipment, and fire prevention works, providing avenues for growth through guaranteed call-off contracts valued at approximately £1 million per annum for general services, and £150,000 annually for sprinkler maintenance.

## Notice

Fire Servicing Framework - Market Engagement/Meet the Buyer Event NHG is seeking feedback on its proposal to appoint expert contractors to a closed framework agreement on fire servicing matters. This feedback will be used to develop our lot strategy, choice of procedure under the new Procurement Act 2023, as well as conditions of participation and award criteria. This is via a Microsoft Forms survey and a meet the buyer event where NHG will present its proposed strategy to attendees, with Q&A. The framework will support NHGs own FRA actions and includes maintenance, servicing and potentially installation of, but not limited to sprinklers, fire alarms, AOVS, fire extinguishers, dry risers, wet risers, fire blankets, evacuation alarms. The framework will be divided into two lots; -The first comprising solely sprinkler related works and services, and -A second comprising all other fire servicing related works and services. It is expected that NHG will immediately enter into call-off contracts. More detail about how to get involved can be found in the engagement section of this notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any department or team within NHG may call off from any lot. The framework may also be used by other contracting authorities.
