## Notice

The future contract may include: * Responsive repairs and maintenance. * Emergency and out-of-hours call-out services. * Mechanical and electrical works. * Roofing, drainage and building fabric repairs. * Planned maintenance activities. * Minor works projects. * Building improvement works. * Capital projects. * One-off ad hoc building works. * Specialist repair services.
