## Summary

E-ACT, a public authority under sub-central government classification, is currently in the planning stage for the procurement titled "E-ACT Managed Lettings Service." This contract, with a potential gross value of £3,000,000, is aimed at securing a national partner to manage lettings for the community use of facilities across its academies located in London, Buckinghamshire, Daventry, and Birmingham. The procurement process is initiated through a tender with an engagement milestone deadline set for 31st August 2026, urging suppliers to express interest and contribute their market insights. This managed lettings service will include 9 academies and requires interested suppliers to register on the Delta e-tendering portal to stay updated and participate in the forthcoming opportunities.

The tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in short-stay accommodation letting services to expand their portfolio by partnering with a reputable public authority like E-ACT. Companies with expertise in managing lettings for educational or public buildings are particularly well-suited to compete, especially those capable of offering nationwide services across the specified UK regions. With a sizeable contract duration potentially extending to 2032, businesses can anticipate stable growth and financial benefits while also contributing to community engagement through facility usage. This procurement process offers a strategic entry or expansion point for suppliers looking to establish long-term relationships in the public sector.
