This is a procurement exercise to establish a new framework, commencing 01 April 2027. This is an opportunity for providers in the Care at Home sector to tender for various Lots within the new framework. The new Framework will run for four years with options to extend for a further three years and then a further two years. The estimated values in this notice are based on the Framework running for a total of nine years ### Lot Information Adult Services under 65 - Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD North Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly housing support, support and care but with some personal care requirements as necessary. Adults aged 16 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community Additional information: The Number of Providers required for Lot 1 = Two Adult Services under 65 - Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD South Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community.
