Kingsthorpe Obelisk is a 100-foot tall, 18th century structure at 400 Obelisk Rise, Northampton, NN2 8UB, in need of, but not limited to the following; * Amendment to the current scaffolding to allow for lifting etc. * Vegetation removal * DOFF Steam clean * Repointing * Stone repairs * Crack stitching * Replace broken stone blocks * Removal of corroded iron clamps The conservation works must be completed safely and to a high quality, requiring specialist, skilled stonemasons and other experienced trades. Pre-tender estimate is circa PS300,000 Estimated project period 2 - 3 months, starting in September 2026
