## Summary

LEIDOS SUPPLY, LIMITED, a public authority central government organisation, is currently in the planning stage for a public procurement process titled "The Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment; Spares: Repair." This procurement falls under the goods category, specifically targeting the supply of fire extinguisher powder, agents, and extinguishers. The tender is planned to take place in the United Kingdom, and the contract is anticipated to have a term from 7th July 2033 to 7th July 2037, with an estimated value ranging from £6,400,000 to £16,000,000, excluding VAT. Initial market engagement is expected by 15th December 2028 to support suppliers in the development of the sourcing strategy, under the regulatory compliance of the UK Public Procurement Regulations initiated in 2023.

This tender provides abundant opportunities for businesses specialising in fire safety equipment manufacturing, supply, and repair services. Companies that are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly well-suited for participation due to the specific suitability criteria of the procurement process. Engaging in this tender could significantly benefit businesses looking to expand in the public sector or those aiming to secure substantial, long-term government contracts. The potential for involvement in a high-value contract catering to a crucial aspect of public safety presents a growth opportunity, especially for enterprises capable of providing innovative, compliant, and cost-effective solutions in fire fighting equipment and related services.
