## Notice

The intention of this procurement is to place several Framework(s), that will cover Capital Works across the geographical areas in which STW and HD operate, in England and Wales, for Lots covering Managed Service, Design & Build, and Directed Delivery. As part of one or more of the lotting requirements, suppliers may be required to provide earlier design stages, in addition to detailed designs which are envisaged to form part of the lotting requirements. Further information will be provided at the PME day or at later stages of the process. The contract start and end dates are as per those stated in this notice, and may be for up to 12 years. All of the above is subject to change by STW and / or HD as required.

### Planning Information

(a) A supplier engagement is to be carried out, anticipated to be via a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) day, potentially supplemented through the use of questionnaires.
(b) The PME day is envisaged to be held in a UK central area (to be notified) on 29 September 2026, with the details being provided by separate communication to those registering an interest.
(c) Registration for the PME day shall be via the SAP Ariba portal. Please use the Microsoft Forms link in the documents section in the SAP Ariba portal. (d) Please note that the SAP Ariba portal will be utilised to publish any communications after the PME day for the remainder of the engagement period.
(e) The value of the Framework(s), although stated at £25bn is an estimation only, and subject to change as per the statement above.
(f) Any of the above is subject to change as required by STW and / or HD.
(1) All description, values, dates and timelines are indicative at this stage.
(2) This Notice is NOT a Call for Competition. Any further requirements for competition will be published on findatender.gov.
(3) No party will be prejudiced in the later stages of this procurement by their response or lack thereof to this Notice and response to this Notice is not a pre-requisite of the tender.
(4) STW and HD shall have no liability, in particular liability for costs, or responsibilities arising out of the Notice.
(5) The Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes chosen are those we consider to be most applicable, but these include sub-sets within that code and the codes specified are not exclusive.
